Arclo Design is a small studio led by an interest in how things are made and how they behave in use. Our focus is lighting, approached through additive manufacturing and careful design decisions rather than mass production.
Each lamp is produced to order in our studio in the province of Málaga, Spain, using professional FDM printing. This pace allows us to remain close to the process and attentive to detail, from the first print layer to final assembly.

Working with additive manufacturing
Three dimensional printing allows forms to emerge that are not easily achieved through conventional manufacturing. It supports gradual variation, controlled repetition, and surfaces that respond subtly to light.
This approach also enables practical flexibility, such as adapting color, scale, or electrical specification when appropriate, without separating design from production.
More importantly, it encourages restraint. We produce selectively and deliberately, keeping the focus on clarity and longevity rather than volume.
Materials
We work primarily with plant based PLA selected for its structural stability and its ability to interact gently with light.
Depending on the design, surfaces range from soft matte to translucent finishes that allow illumination to pass through the form rather than sit on it.
Premium craftsmanship
All lamps are produced in our studio in Málaga, Spain.
Printing, finishing, assembly, and inspection are carried out in house, allowing close attention at each stage and a clear understanding of how every piece comes together.
