What is FDM 3D printing?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a professional 3D printing process that builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic materials.
Each item is individually crafted with precision, resulting in durable, high-quality products.
What materials do you use?
We use premium plant-based renewable PLA filaments and tougher PETG filaments.
Both materials are durable, non-toxic plastics suitable for everyday indoor use.
Are the items fragile?
Our products are durable for normal indoor use but should be handled with care. They are not designed to withstand drops or impacts like injection-molded plastics.
Think of them as decorative ceramics—beautiful and functional, but not indestructible.
Are your products food-safe?
Our items are not labeled as food-safe and are not intended for storing or serving food.
While PLA and PETG are non-toxic materials, we do not sell products designed for food contact.
Can I use your items outdoors?
No, all products are designed for indoor use only. Prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions (UV, moisture, temperature fluctuations) will cause premature wear and degradation.
Can I choose different colors or sizes?
Many of our products are available in multiple colors, sizes, or configurations.
If variants are available, you'll see options to select them on the product page.
Do you accept custom design requests?
We currently do not offer custom design services. All available products and variants are listed in our catalog.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and is calculated at checkout. Total delivery time is typically processing time + shipping time.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for some shipping methods depending on your destination. When available, tracking information will be sent to your email after your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once printing has started, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I clean my 3D-printed item?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or soaking in water. Do not put items in the dishwasher.
Each product page includes detailed care instuctions (and assembly instructions if applicable) in the description and specifications table.
Can these items handle heat?
PLA items: Not heat-resistant. Keep away from heaters, hot cars, and prolonged direct sunlight (can warp above 50–60°C).
PETG items: More heat-resistant than PLA but should still be kept away from extreme heat sources.
How long will my item last?
With proper indoor care, your item will last for many years. Avoid drops, extreme temperatures, and outdoor exposure to maximize longevity.
Why do I see layer lines or texture on my item?
Visible layer lines and slight surface texture are normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing. Each piece is made individually, and minor variations in finish are part of the handcrafted nature of the process. These do not affect functionality or durability.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We strive for consistency, but slight color tone differences and surface variations may occur between batches. This is normal for made-to-order 3D-printed products.
