How are the lamps made?
Each lamp is produced using professional FDM additive manufacturing process, 3D printing.
Forms are built layer by layer with controlled precision, allowing surfaces and geometries that respond subtly to light.
Production is carried out in small batches and often to order, keeping the process deliberate and closely supervised.
What materials are used?
Our lamps are printed primarily in plant based PLA, selected for its stability and light diffusing qualities. In specific components where greater toughness is required, PETG is used.
All materials are suitable for indoor use and chosen for consistency rather than novelty.
Are the lamps durable?
The lamps are designed for everyday indoor use and normal handling. They are not intended to withstand impact or rough treatment. Like ceramic or glass lighting, they reward considered use and stable placement.
Are the lamps suitable for outdoor use?
No. All lamps are designed exclusively for indoor environments.
Exposure to moisture, ultraviolet light, or temperature variation will affect material performance over time.
What type of bulbs can be used?
Each lamp specifies a compatible bulb type on its product page. Only LED bulbs should be used. Maximum wattage and fitting type are clearly stated to ensure safe operation and proper light behavior.
Are electrical components certified?
Yes. All electrical components used in our lamps are certified and sourced from reputable suppliers.
Assembly is carried out in house, with each lamp inspected before packing.
Which plug types are available?
Lamps are supplied with an EU type C plug as standard. Electrical specifications, such as light bulb technical requirements, are noted on each product page for international customers.
Can I choose different colors or sizes?
Where variations are available, they are presented directly on the product page.
Options are limited intentionally and selected to remain consistent with the design of each lamp.
Do you offer custom designs?
We do not offer custom design services. The collection reflects a considered selection of forms that have been tested and refined before release.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most lamps are produced and dispatched within one to two business days. Shipping times vary by destination and order size and are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, delivery follows the carrier’s standard timelines.

Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are provided where supported by the selected shipping method. When available, this information will be sent to you automatically once the order leaves our studio.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible due to the made to order nature of the work.
Maintenance and cleaning of the lamp
Clean the lamp gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, chemical cleaners, or excess moisture. Lamps should never be submerged in water.
Why are surface textures visible?
Subtle surface texture and fine layer lines are inherent to additive manufacturing.
These characteristics are considered part of the object’s material expression and do not affect performance or durability.
Will the lamp look exactly like the photographs?
Each lamp is produced individually. Minor variations in surface finish or tone may occur between pieces and batches. These differences are natural to the process and reflect small scale production rather than inconsistency.
