EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind (All Other Regions)

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery for items in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Replacements are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, typically within 5-7 business days.

Made-to-Order Notice

All items are made-to-order with a production time of 1-5 business days before shipping. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
