Shipping

We ship worldwide from Málaga, Spain to:

  • European Union
  • United States & Canada
  • United Kingdom & Ireland
  • Australia & New Zealand

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Production Time

All items are made-to-order with a production time of 1-5 days before shipping. Your order will be shipped once production is complete.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after production):
- EU: 3-7 business days
- UK/Ireland: 5-10 business days
- US/Canada: 8-14 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10-20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Tracking

Most shipments include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order ships. Some economy shipping methods to certain destinations may not include tracking. If tracking is important to you, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout or contact us before ordering.

Import Duties and Taxes

EU Customers: Orders shipped within the EU include VAT and should not incur additional customs fees.

International Customers (outside EU): Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees.


Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Additional delivery attempts or address corrections may incur extra fees.

Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to:
- Russia
- Belarus  
- Most Asian countries (except Australia and New Zealand)

Packaging

We package each item carefully to ensure safe delivery.
All prints are produced using durable PLA (Basic, Tough, Silk, Matte) or PETG, and shipped with protective materials.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@arclodesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if necessary. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For EU/EEA Customers:
Under EU consumer law, we are responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@arclodesign.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund.

For All Other Customers:
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier. If a package is lost or marked delivered but not received, we will assist you with the carrier claim process. You may be required to complete and sign carrier documents for the investigation.
