Order Processing Time

All items are made to order using professional FDM 3D printing.
Most orders are printed, finished, and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.

Complex or larger items may require additional production time. Any extended lead time will be shown at checkout or communicated via email.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Málaga, Spain to:

  • European Union
  • United States & Canada
  • United Kingdom & Ireland
  • Australia & New Zealand

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Some shipments include tracking and others may not, depending on destination and shipping method. When tracking is available, it will be provided via email.

Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Russia, Belarus, and most Asian countries (excluding Australia/New Zealand). If unsure, please contact us.

Packaging

We package each item carefully to ensure safe delivery.
All prints are produced using durable PLA (Basic, Tough, Silk, Matte) or PETG, and shipped with protective materials.

3D Printing Characteristics

Each piece is produced individually. Minor variations are normal in high-quality FDM prints, such as:

  • Subtle layer lines
  • Slight surface textures
  • Small color tone differences

These characteristics do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.

Heat & Material Disclaimer

PLA items are not heat-resistant and should be kept away from high-temperature environments (hot cars, heaters, prolonged direct sunlight).
PETG items offer greater heat and impact resistance but should still be handled with care.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier.

If a package is lost or marked delivered but not received, we will assist you with the carrier claim process. The customer must complete and sign any required carrier documents for the investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping if necessary.

Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning anything. Return instructions are provided individually. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Customized Items

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items can be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
