This table lamp is defined by vertical ridged surfaces that guide both light and shadow across its form. When unlit, the geometry reads as a composed architectural object. When illuminated, light is directed upward and diffuses softly toward the ceiling, creating indirect ambient brightness rather than a visible point source.

Design notes

Assembly

Screw the bulb into the socket. Place the shade onto the base. Set the top cover onto the shade.
